Who are we?

ZH Group Service Cleaning, Meenselstraat, 3211 Lubbeek, Belgium, is the controller responsible for processing your personal data through this website.

What data do we process?

When you fill in the quote or contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, postcode and town, your company name if applicable, the information about your request and any photos or files you add.

To prevent spam and abuse, technical data such as your IP address is processed briefly.

What do we use it for?

We use your data to answer your question, to prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to plan and carry out the agreed cleaning.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long do we keep it?

We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it. If we don’t end up working together, we delete your data no later than two years after our last contact. Data we’re legally required to keep, such as invoices, is kept for as long as the law requires.

Who do we share it with?

We never sell your data. We do work with a few service providers that keep the website and e-mail running: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection with Turnstile), Resend (sending e-mails from the forms) and Google (our mailbox).

Some of these service providers may process data outside the European Union. This only happens with the legal safeguards in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your answers in the quote form are stored temporarily in your own browser (local storage), so you don’t lose them if you reload the page. That data only leaves your device when you submit the form, and is deleted afterwards.

When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re not a robot. To do so, it may process technical data about your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to it, or request your data so it can be transferred elsewhere. E-mail us and we’ll reply within one month.

Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Security and changes

The website runs entirely over a secure connection (HTTPS), and the forms are protected against spam and abuse.

We may update this privacy policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
